Aceh noodle

Aceh noodle is a typical Indonesian food Aceh.
In Indonesian cuisine is very popular.
it feels warm and tasty to make us want to eat

ingredients:

100 gr wet noodle large size (pour boiling hot water, drained)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 tablespoon broth powder

Ground spices:

4 spring onions
3 cloves garlic
2 eggs hazelnut
Seasoning powder:
1/4 tbsp cumin
1/4 tablespoon nutmeg
1/4 tablespoon cardamom
1/4 tablespoon ground pepper
1/2 tsp chilli

Complement:

crackers
Cucumber
Fried shrimp
Finely sliced red onion
sprout

steps to make

Saute ground spices until it changes color, do not get burned, insert-bumbuk seasoning powder, mix well, put a wet noodle, put soy sauce, bouillon powder, stir, taste correction. Enter the sprouts and shrimp. Stir. Remove and serve.
